“Lack of communication. Was supposed to msg me regarding after hours arrival. No msg recd until after we got there and had to try to ring them twice. They then didn't even msg me on the phone number they were supposed to but to another person who was also trying to contact them as we were standing there in the rain. Standing in the rain and wind waiting with no cover and this was only at 7pm at night. No proper signage or lighting to try and access the key box. Room was old and dated not a true...

“Pros: Location is excellent and front end staff fantastic. Parking under building a superb bonus. Cons: apartment rundown so cost reflected this. Hot water was near non existent unless both showers used simultaneously. Lucky we didn’t need to be there a lot so easy to deal with.”

“Clean. Tidy. Best location for Surfers Paradise, central and walking distance to all shops and beach. Easy communication via Expedia messaging system with instant reply. Bed was too soft for liking, maybe a firmer matress topper option. Great amenities. Really enjoyed the whole apartment, would highly recommend. ”

“Location was as I had hoped, lovely beach access, bus stops, Currumbin Sanctuary and general store opposite, easy walks to Currumbin Surf Club and Tugun. The apartment was quirky, furnished with odd furniture and op shop style decor, a noisy single bed was unsuitable with squeaky springs. People noise from other apartments was often disturbing and being directly under the flight path to the airport was also an issue throughout my stay, I wouldn’t recommend or return. ”
