“We had a very enjoyable stay. Check in was easy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials that we needed; the bathrooms also had shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which was nice. We had easy access to the beach; this house is right by the boardwalk. I love that they had beach towels available for us to use and beach chairs, bogie boards and many other things with a wagon to haul them to the beach. The host Mitch & Susan are very easy to work with and stayed in touch with us to see...

“We loved the property itself. The lack of parking was a huge hassle and the size of the spots was a bother but we made it work with the people around us. The description of the rooms was spot on and the distance to the beach was amazing!!! We only had one problem with a bathroom fixture while we were there and the maintenance crew came and fixed it right away and they were very nice. The only thing we would’ve liked to have changed would’ve been the opportunity to upgrade our chairs and umbrella...

“The unit was better than described. Everything was very clean and the golf cart was a huge bonus. Communication with the property manager was extremely smooth and responsive. I highly recommend this unit.”

“Would recommend but could improve on the following: - Wifi (It was extremely slow) - Property manager communication (There was a situation with various non-secure door handles. The handle that was completely off was on the door leading out to the pool and resulted in a guest cutting their hand.)”
