“From the time of booking, the communication was fantastic. The chalet layout was open concept between kitchen and living area yet private bedrooms with plenty of room for a large group. Plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles.The private outdoor space was perfect with a bbq and fire pit which we enjoyed immensely.Beach close by and only a couple minute drive to Main Street Collingwood or of course the blue mountain village. Overall 5 star stay and would definitely return.”

“The house and property were extraordinary. Bird watching was a personal favourite on our group trip - the blue jays by the house were a joy to sit and watch. The property offers everything you could ask for and more. I spent a lot of time cooking in the kitchen and loved the nooks that let us hold conversations with ease across rooms to stay involved with everyone.I highly, highly recommend staying here. Beautiful property, incredibly nice and helpful hosts, bird watching, and so much more!”

“The property was okay, clean but full of cobwebs, and the extra blankets didn't smell clean. Communication with the host was terrible. He gave me the door code two hours after check-in, and I had to wait for him to reply. I even contacted Expedia directly, but they couldn't reach the host either. He never answered my calls for check-out.”

“Good space for large groups. Kitchen well equipped. We requested linens from owner and got them however some beds had two footed sheets, another double bed had a twin size sheet. The place could be cleaner. Door jambs were all very dirty. We did enjoy our stay and would consider coming back if a few things were updated and/or cleaned. ”

“The property is located in a great spot- a quiet street close to the water, and within a good driving distance to the Blue Mountains and Collingwood. The cottage is very well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The large fenced in yard is a huge bonus when travelling with dogs. The communication with the homeowner was amazing- he was easily accessible, and reached out to us as well to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. My family and I definitely recommend...
