The space
This home is nearly 3,000 sq. ft. two story home with 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms with an additional bonus room. The downstairs includes an oversized master suite with the additional three bedrooms and bonus room on the second floor making it perfect for families and groups up to 11 people. The home is equipped with several Smart TVs and provides free WI-FI w/ high speed internet.

The great room features large windows that flood the space with natural light and hosts a cozy l-shaped cloud couch, gorgeous cognac leather chair, and a gas fireplace. You can watch the US Open coverage on the 65” Smart TV when you need a moment to relax or enjoy some of the games and activities located in the front hall closet. The open concept downstairs living space is perfect for entertaining with plenty of space and seating options.

The kitchen includes a large granite island as well as a breakfast area kitchen table, and large open buffet area. The home is fully stocked with all essential items, to include a gas stove, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee bar, as well as all necessary tabletop items including dishes, glasses, and silverware.

There is a separate, formal dining space with seating for six and a sideboard equipped with wine, martini, margarita, and beer glasses. This space is ideal for hosting dinners and gatherings with friends and family.

The master suite is located downstairs and offers a king-sized bed, large dresser, 55” Smart TV, and a full bathroom with a double vanity, garden tub and tiled shower.

The second guest bedroom boasts an additional king-sized bed. The third guest bedroom encompasses one full size bed, and the fourth guest bedroom has one twin size bed. Each guest bedroom is spacious and includes a walk-in closet. There are two full guest bathrooms upstairs with showers and tubs to provide ample amenities and space for everyone staying in the guest bedrooms.

*Please note we will switch out double and twin beds in the guest rooms for queen sized beds*

There is a loft seating space upstairs as well, perfect for reading and relaxing.

The large bonus room upstairs features an extra living space with a large l-shaped couch and Smart TV. There is also a kids play area, equipped with several toys and activities (for groups visiting without kids, the play toys can be removed). Within the bonus room there are two queen air mattresses available for use.

The laundry room includes a washer/dryer, along with complimentary detergent pods and dryer sheets. You will also find an iron, ironing board, a steamer, and cleaning supplies.

There is an outdoor back deck that includes a seating area with couches and a coffee table as well as a table for dining that can seat four and a grill.

The home is in family-friendly neighborhood and on a street with no through traffic. The community features sidewalks, a clubhouse, playground, and a community pool.
