“We booked this house for the view and we really loved in. The street where the house is located is very calm, so every evening we feeled like we're the only ones out there. The barbecue ofcourse also made the outside place feel like home. The garden was maintained well. Inside the house we loved the space and the double bathroom. The contact with the host was really good.”

“Really loved our stay at Guinea Fowl cottage! Spacious, very comfortable- our whole family had a lovely time. Kitchen very well stocked, location was perfect for us to get into both Cape Town and Stellenbosch over two days. We left for safari but would have happily stayed longer. “Wir hatten 5 sehr schöne Tage im Ferienhaus in Fishoek. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt mit Selbstverpflegung braucht. Die gestreifte Couch und der Ausblick auf die Bucht haben es uns angetan. Auf der Terasse lässt sich wunderbar das Meer beobachten, wir hatten das Glück Robben beim Spielen zuschauen zu können. “Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Juwel. Sehr bequeme Betten, geschmackvolles Design, sichere Umgebung und eine perfekte Lage. Durch die zwei Veranden findet man immer seinen optimalen Platz. Es roch überall wunderbar nach Lavendel. Die Nutzung des Pools ist ein Zusatzbonus. Sauberkeit ist hier selbstverständlich. Sascha und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber. Wir können es nicht erwarten, wieder zu kommen.”

“Angefangen mit der Lage. Ruhige, sicher wirkende Ortschaft, einige kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit regionalen Produkten. Alles zu Fuß problemlos erreichbar. Vom Cottage sind es wenige Schritte zum wunderschönen Strand 😍 Die Wohnung selbst top ausgestattet ( mein Favorit der Gefrierkühlschrank mit vorgeschaltetem Wasserfilter für Eiswürfel und Trinkwasser) und sauber. Es gibt auch einen solar-backup im Fall von Stromausfall. Und dann noch die wunderbaren Gastgeber, die an Gastfreundlichkeit und...

“I was extremely happy with our stay! Such a cozy little spot but not far from conveniences like a market and dining and VA waterfront entertainment and more restaurants! Uber is so easy to catch in this area as well! Plenty of space for clothes…I think the only thing I’d wished they had was an air cooler…it is easy and safe to open the windows for that wonderful breeze but our clothes that we washed coold have dried quicker if there was an air cooler! I would stay again nonetheless!!!”

“Die Beschreibung der Wohnung versprach diverse Gegenstände und Annehmlichkeiten, die vor Ort nicht vorhanden waren. So haben wir uns bei einem fast vierwöchigen Urlaub auch wegen der Waschmaschine, die als vorhanden angegeben wurde, für das Cottage entschieden. Die war aber nicht vorhanden, so dass wir uns einen Waschsalon suchen mussten. Auch eine Klimaanlage, beim afrikanischen Sommer auch Grundlage, war nicht wie angegeben vorhanden.
