“The check-in process was extremely frustrating. It required multiple phone calls telling me I'd receive links to confirm check in which didn't come through. Even with all the phone calls to confirm, the process the check-in confirmation was not provided until two hours after the scheduled check-in time. The intercom code also did not work, which meant we had to wait for someone else to arrive before we could access the letterbox. The designated car park was already occupied. As instructed, I...

“Great staff, tap in kitchen needs work, light switch in bathroom almost falling out, no bath plug,share room carpet need attention no exhaust fan in bathroom makes shaving problematic as the mirror is fogged up. These are all minor issues that can be easily remedied. The apartment was otherwise fantastic and the front line staff that we met are an asset to your organisation well done and thank you.”

“Location was as I had hoped, lovely beach access, bus stops, Currumbin Sanctuary and general store opposite, easy walks to Currumbin Surf Club and Tugun. The apartment was quirky, furnished with odd furniture and op shop style decor, a noisy single bed was unsuitable with squeaky springs. People noise from other apartments was often disturbing and being directly under the flight path to the airport was also an issue throughout my stay, I wouldn’t recommend or return. ”
