Holiday house by the Black Sea, 30min from Burgas airport, in the quiet village of Chetnomorets, directly by the sea, with private access to the sea and surrounding rock formations.
4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, large outside garden and 2 outside seating areas, outside kitchen, BBQ, rooftop terrace with marvellous sea views. The house is located in the small gated complex 'Skalite' with restricted access, tennis court and ping-pong table at disposal. The sea is only 5-10m away, the attractive beach of camping Chernomoretz is 2min walking distance; the much larger beach Gradina is 20min walking distance, center of the quiet village Chernomoretz 15min walk. Cleaning fee, bed linen and towels are included in the price; beach towel is not provided. Starter food package can be provided upon demand. Two outside parking spots are available for your use inside the complex.
The residential complex is very quiet and residential; the holiday property is therefore exclusively offered for family holidays; no parties or louder events are permitted; strictly no groups of young adults would be admitted.
The house is to rent for a min stay of 7 nights. The price covers the stay of up to 10 guests. Two children aged up to 12 years and an additional adult can be accomodated at extra charges (€25/pp/d).
