“Room smelled like an ashtray. Towels were nearly threadbare. Lots of noise from surrounding rooms - including a dog barking, whining and howling for 30 plus minutes. Due to the hotel being booked full for hoopfest, the room I chose was apparently not available and I was given a handicap room. The "closet" a single rod to hang clothes from and was less than 5 ft off the floor so I couldn't hang a dress. There were so many grab bars and a fold up seat in the shower which made it awkward to...

“Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left.”

“Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“I cannot recommend this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. Things began poorly. The day before our arrival we received a call that the hotel was overbooked and they wanted to move us for our first night and then bring us back to the hotel for nights 2 and 3. I said no. I couldn't be out of lodging for 4 plus hours between check out and check in. Housekeeping was minimal at best. On day 1 our towels were refreshed but the bed was not made. I don't mean fresh sheets, simply not made. Three calls...

“Hotel was tidy and comfortable. Lobby has lots of nooks to sit in with TV's and space for you and your friends. Hotel bistro was way over priced! Staff were all very nice and accommodating.”
