“The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The coffee was good. I know it is out of their control, but the unhoused people in the neighborhood (The 7-11 across the street) is not safe. I counted 25 people doing various things, with a lot of taking or exchange of drugs. When I went down the stairs to the car on the La Quinta property there was human feces. The hotel was fine, but I would not stay there again because of the neighborhood. I was concerned that my care might have...

“It was Avery good place to stay. Nice variety of rooms available and nice staff. Parking can be a problem when they let non-guests park there.”

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“Great service, friendly staff, convenient restaurant which made me a superb sandwich and serves Starbucks coffee. The room was very clean and quiet and I slept great in the bed. I'd stay here again without question. Just outside was the river trail with great river scenery, and a quarter mile or so to Riverfront Park and downtown. Also, the parking was generous and well lit.”
