“The beds were dirty”

“Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left.”

“Hot tub was broken. Floors and bathroom were not super clean. When showering, you can't maintain a nice temperature. It is either hot or cold. Breakfast was decent, but both mornings we were there I saw homeless people come up to breakfast. Homeless people hung around outside. It didn't feel super safe. We got two queen beds and the beds are more like doubles.”

“Staff was very friendly. It was an extremely busy weekend. Our view from the room was beyond perfect on the 4th of July!”

“Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

“Our stay was fine but the gal checking us in must have been having a bad day because she was not very friendly, kinda like we was more of a pain to her. The morning gal today was very nice. ”

“Property overall was well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Only real issue was the shower didn’t work very well (most of the water came out of tub faucet).”

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“Yikes. Still giving my husband a hard time about booking this for us. Smelled like smoke, trains every fifteen minutes, broken faucet, stains on sheets, son got stuck in the broken bathroom door. It was rough.”

“I love staying at the Spokane Club in, it is so convenient to have an amazing gym and restaurant right there at the hotel. I also appreciate that the hotel keeps a lot of the original decor, beautiful.”

“The receptionist was rude and condescending. Gave us a room smaller than booked and would barely answer any questions. Great location and beautiful hotel. Experience marred by staff and a hot breakfast served cold.”

“We love this hotel and have stayed here many times, but this stay was not as good as usual. There was no soap in the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner or body lotion.”

“The front desk people gave free products to me from the market, breakfast is excellent only problem is there is homeless outside but the hotel is secure.with a fence and door always locked u need a key to get in or a staff member let's you in the room was clean. And parking was easy”
