Prime location in Spokane Valley with quick 2 minute freeway access, 15 minutes from downtown Spokane, and 30 minutes from Coeur d’Alene!
This comfortable travel home is equipped for groups and families looking for an enjoyable and prime location for your stay - your home away from home + quick access to places around town!
Plenty to do here with a TV, air hockey table, and fully equipped kitchen area.
A guide book of recommended local stops such as restaurants, activities, grocery stores, and more is provided for your stay.

Property was very nice. Clean, fully equiped kitchen, lots of extra blankets, nice garage and backyard.Only issues I had were in timeliness in receiving access code and no response when internet password didn't work.Other than that, very nice place, nice location.

Visit from Seattle

Overall, great experience. Nice home that was centrally located for all the things we were interested in. Only a couple of suggestions. The back porch was pretty dusty and there were some animal droppings by the sliding door. With summer around the corner I would suggest that area be hosed down real well. Also, the fans in the bathrooms were either weak (guest bathroom) or didn’t work (master bathroom). These were very minor things to us. Was still a good experience.

Great place for a short stay

We came to town for a birthday and were there for a week. It is a great location and very close to just about anything you would need. It seemed like a great neighborhood. The entire unit is very wide open which was very nice.

Lovely Stay

My daughter is a local college athlete who had a last minute surgery. We stayed at home to help her recover and it was just perfect. 5 minutes from the hospital and minutes from many amenities. The home was spotless and the hosts were very quick to respond, even allowing us to extend by a day. We will be back.

Everything We Hoped It Would Be

This super nice place was very attractive, user-friendly and clean. It had everything we wanted for our short stay in Spokane. All the furnishings are new and so comfortable. It was also a nice neighborhood for a walk, with a church and school on the same block. The host responded to my initial email right away. Bookmarked for future stays!

Spokane Weekend

We came to Spokane for the weekend for a family memorial service. My husband and I, and my MIL stayed in this beautiful home. This house is all brand new from floor to ceiling and everything in between. Very spacious, clean and interior design very nicely furnished. Spacious garage and sweet little fenced back yard. We will stay here again next time we are in town. Five gold stars!

New Family Member

Had the opportunity to meet our first grandchild so we got this beautiful duplex which we had plenty of space to share our daughter. It accommodated mother and mother in law. Considering daughter has a single bedroom apartment this house did the job. Host was very understanding and helpful. Definitely worth staying here.

Wonderful, Clean, New place to stay!

This property was lovely. My family and I were in town for a family gathering and we needed a comfortable place to stay for a Family of four. This beautiful property was right in the middle of everything! Couldn’t ask for more in a VRBO, and we would absolutely stay again.
