The suite includes a cozy living area with a large comfortable couch, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Enjoy your own mini breakfast station complete with coffee brewer, mini fridge, and all the essentials to start your day.

For entertainment, the suite is equipped with cable TV, YouTube TV, Netflix, and more, ensuring you have all the options you need to unwind.

Whether you're visiting for work or leisure this private, well equipped retreat provides a peaceful escape with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Perfect for solo travelers or couples seeking both style and convenience in the city !

Guest Access - Guest access is through side gate to the right of the house. Please CLOSE the gate after getting inside. Proceed to the rear door, After opening the door proceed downstairs, your room will be the first door to the right with the lock keys in it.

Base Rate includes 2 guests, maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Additional guests are welcome with a $20 per night fee per guests.

Bedroom 1 features a queen bed, plus a sofa that converts into an additional bed for two guests. accommodation up to four guests in one room if desired. Bedroom 2 is semi-private space with a queen bed, perfect for guests seeking extra privacy.

Home Away From Home

Memorial Day WeekendI felt comfortable and at home from the moment I pulled into the driveway. Lovely house, grounds and gated back yard, perfect to keep my dog safe. Owner was so friendly, accessable and quick to respond to any questions I had. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. Affordable. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly Recommend!

Good stay with amenities

Nicely appointed basement suite. Entry was a little confusing at first but there are directions, and once you get it it's convenient. I appreciated the physical keys to the space.The suit has everything you need for a medium-term stay, including minifridge, microwave, washer/dryer (very helpful), and other small appliances and gadgets. The host was very communicative and responsive. Not much came up for me but I'm sure Bibek would help make sure everything goes smoothly.Two minor items to note -- if you arrive at night, parking may be a bit tight. I was always able to find a spot, but it might not be right next to the property. Second, there is often a bit less natural light than the pictures indicate. On the whole these do not detract from the property. This stay is good value with everything you need, and makes a good "basecamp" if you're in the area.
