Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 3 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them!
*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $100 for 1 dog, $50 each for any additional up to 3 dogs max, for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.
*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.
There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
If thereâs an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
