With on-site parking for two cars, including an electric car charging port, and an expansive rear garden with decking, this holiday home is sure to please the whole family, including your furry friends.

Ocean Air offers two fabulous living rooms, both with sought-after sea and coastal views.

The spacious and airy first floor living room has a smart TV with Sky and plush comfortable sofas, perfect to put your feet up and soak in the amazing views.

The second living room, situated on the ground floor, has ample seating and also offers Sky TV. But, don’t worry, you will not be missing out on the mesmerising views, this living room also offers magnificent sea views.

The contemporary kitchen has a fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave, as well as utensils and crockery.

There is a dining area just off the kitchen with ample seating. However, if you wish to dine al fresco, why not use the BBQ provided to cook up a storm for all the family and take a seat on the outside rattan furniture.

There is also a washer/dryer available for your use.

Ocean Air has four generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom, located on the first floor, has a king size bed, stunning sea views, a built-in wardrobe and drawers. If you are looking for a quiet space to take a seat there is also a small sofa, perfect for a bit of quiet night-time reading.

The second and third bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. The second bedroom has a king size bed and ample storage, this room benefits from an ensuite shower room.

The bright third bedroom has great flexibility with a zip and link bed which can either be configured as two single beds or a super king for your convenience. There is also a built-in wardrobe, with plenty of hanging and storage space to fit all your holiday outfits!

The spacious fourth bedroom, located on the top floor, has two single beds, hanging space and drawers.

Ocean Airs’ family bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a shower, separate bath, wash hand basin and a WC.

The en-suite, located off the second bedroom, has a shower, wash hand basin and WC.

There is also a bathroom located on the top floor fitted with a shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Finally there is a the separate cloakroom with a WC located on the ground floor.

The substantial outside area has plenty of furniture to enjoy the breath-taking sea views. Whether that be on the full-width sun deck or on the well kept lawn. Pop the BBQ on and pour yourself a glass of a wine, and enjoy the bliss Ocean Air’s outside has to offer whilst soaking up the Cornish sun.

• Access Statement – The front door at Ocean Air is accessed via two low steps. There is also a side entrance to the holiday home which is accessed via two larger steps. At the rear of the property, the garden is accessed from the veranda via a wooden staircase consisting of six steps.
