Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch
"Had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was great. They were able to upgrade my room to a higher floor with a perfect view of the Arch! Only one complaint, only 2 elevators were working on our side of the building and it took a long time to come downstairs ..."

"Had a good time. Staff was nice and helpful. Had issue at check-in. They could not get our key card right. Took an hour and 3 sets of key. Concert was amazing. We will be back."
