Blue Harbour 1 – Seafront Holiday 2-bedroom Apartment with terrace St Paul’s Bay

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Lost and Found party goers are not allowed to book this apartment.

This lovely two bedroom seafront holiday apartment with terrace is located on St. Paul’s Bay promenade. The view from the small front terrace is spectacular. Malta’s best beaches are a short bus ride away. Xemxija is just round the bay and Bugibba is 15 minutes on foot away.
The apartment forms part of the Blue Harbour holiday apartments and this Seafront Holiday Apartment with terrace is located on the 3rd floor. The apartment is few months old internally but with a 1920’s art nouveau facade.

It has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen/living/dining room leading to a small terrace with outdoor furniture and gas bbq overlooking the sea.

At the main entrance of the apartment block, there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors.

Apartment Specifications:

1) 70sq m internal area, 3rd floor with lift, 2 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom with shower.
2) 2 low steps at the entrance leading towards an elevator

Facilities:
1) Fast unlimited Wifi internet in all the rooms and PTV with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge.
2) Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, etc.
3) Iron and ironing board and washing machine.
4) Cots and highchairs are available on request.
5) Fans are also provided in each room.
6) Hair dryer.
7) Towels and bed sheets are provided.

*Utilities Consumption*
- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 150 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.

- Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does not include bills of water, and electricity. Guests will only pay for what they consume at the end of the month.

- Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. IPTV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).

A nice clean apartment with a great view. Neville and Ruth great hosts who really help you with everything. The sad thing is the horrible traffic just outside which made us not wanted to be at the balcony. You will not get disturbed during night though.

I am very happy with the 8 days I spent at the property. It is clean, spacious, quiet, with an amazing view and a great location! The internet connection is fast and the communication with the hosts was excellent.

Die Lage ist gut. Schöner Blick ĂŒber die Bucht. Bushaltestelle, Minimarkt, Bistro, Restaurant fusslĂ€ufig. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bequem ĂŒber einen Aufzug zu erreichen. Die KĂŒche ist funktional ausgestattet. Der kleine Balkon liegt zur Strasse, der Verkehr aber ertrĂ€glich. Alles da, was man so braucht. Der Vermieter super hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmal an Ruth und Nevil. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche.

The whole process of booking then the correspondence from Neville & Ruth was easy They organised a reliable taxi to pick us up and take us the apartment even though it was late at night Met by Salvatore who had put in the essentials into the fridge for us and a bottle of wine The apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable Great to have the reassurance that Neville & Ruth a call away if you needed them but we didn’t need to call them Great base - great bus route, couple of restaurants nearby and shop - super handy Will recommend the apartments to my friends Thanks for letting us stay Hilary

Our host's were kind and polite. The apartment was exactly as shown. Very clean and modern. Any questions were answered immediately. The apartment has everything one needs including a station to charge devices. We forgot our adapters and were pleased to see that our host already had it covered. The bus stop was 2 minutes walk outside the door. It was very easy to reach any destination on the island via bus. Our host's really went above and beyond any expectations we had. AWESOME !!

We are just back from our 10 day stay in this fabulous apartment. There were 6 of us in this 2 bedroom apartment but it was perfect and had everything we needed. Hosts were excellent. We were met by Salvatori who helped us with booking our trip to the Blue lagoon and comino island. He also gave us good advice about buses which you can catch just outside apartment. We bought a 7 day unlimited travel for 21 euros and were able to travel all over Malta in air conditioned and reliable buses-a great tip! and much better than driving. Thanks . The best thing about the apartment is the view across the bay from the balcony. We enjoyed waking up to have our coffee on the balcony as well as eating all meals here. The balcony is actually in the shade most of the day-so a nice cool place to sit and relax whilst taking in the view. We also loved the small reserved swimming zone across the bay which was a 5 minute walk from the front door. We went here most days as it was always quiet and the water was lovely. Shops,cafe,ice-cream stand etc were all close by so we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. There was even a shopping trolley to help you carry multi packs of bottled water from convenience store...very thoughtful. Although there are many lovely areas of Malta to stay we really like this quitter location and were happy to return to it after our many days out. It had everything to help make this an unforgettable holiday for myself, my husband and our 4 daughters. Thanks

We have enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. The view from the terrace is breath taking. The sunsets are gorgeous. The apartment was clean and you will find everything yoy need in there. The owners were helpful and nice. We were welcomed and all our questions were answered. The welcome local vine was realy nice. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Neville and Ruth.

My friend and I had never been to Malta before. We had a lot of questions about what to see and our hosts were great at answering them all, even writing out a priority list. The location is a 20 minute drive to most of the beaches, Valletta, and Gozo ferry terminal. The kitchen and living room was quite spacious. We were given sheets to join the twin beds together which was great. They even provided milk, bread, ham, cheese, water, coffee and wine so weary travelers didn't have to worry about finding the basics right away. Finding street parking for our car rental wasn't a problem during May. We definitely want to return and explore more of the island. We already miss waking up and having coffee to the incredible view of St. Paul's Bay! Thanks so much!

Super sĂ©jour au calme dans ce bel appartement bien situĂ©, avec des propriĂ©taires Ă  nos petits soins. Accueil mĂȘme tard Le soir en arrivant de l aĂ©roport avec un frigo garni et un en bouteille d accueil. Organisation des transferts parfaits et convivial, souplesse dans la gestion de notre dĂ©part ( bagagerie disponible vous permettant de profiter jusqu au bout des vacances au soleil). Équipement complet. Nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour ( proximitĂ© aussi des ferriesÂŽ pour aller Ă  Gozo) tout en restant connectĂ© au propriĂ©taire. Merci on recommande
