“My stay at the Bell Vista Motel was very enjoyable. The room was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and one of the biggest perks was the free parking—which is a huge plus! The location is also excellent, with easy access to many of the area’s popular tourist attractions, making it very convenient for visitors. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Burbank.”

“This is one of the worst hilton locations ever, the staff is rude, disrespectful and they allow theft and do nothing about it. The front desk clerk Christina needs to learn how to do her job correctly asked for housekeeping spoke to Christina three times , yet no housekeeping after being promised, I was given towels sheets and trash bags to change myself if that's the case I would of stood at motel 6, to be expected to do housekeeping job is a complete joke, not one member of tjlhe staff tried...

“The room floor was not mopped in the last month??? OR it seemed like it. We did mop it ourselves!! The sheet that was on the bed was a queen size with no cover on the mattress. We went down to the front desk to get a king sheet and the desk clerk said "that happens sometimes" We got in late and the last thing we felt like doing was cleaning the room and making the bed. The wall in the shower was loosing plaster off the walls and the tub coating was peeling. We asked for a hair dryer and...

“Arriving to this Hotel the second time is like coming home. Especially as the staff in the reception welcomes You by Your name, even though it´s many days between Your visits. Large and clean rooms, walking distance to many different kinds of restaurants and to shoppning areas. I can really recomend it ! Fantasic staff!”

“Really nice hotel to stay in and so close to Universal Studios ( very convenient location). The room was very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a coffee, cappuccino and a hot chocolate machine located in the lobby area. Also a Bevi water machine with electrolytes, zinc, vitamins and choice of sparkling water. Definitely a game changer not having to look for Starbucks in the morning. The parking is currently $25 a night. Several reasons I am giving a 4 Star this time and not 5....

“At check in, the desk clerk told us about the adults only pool. There are 2 pools onsite. We checked it out, and found it full of kids. The hot tub was also FULL of kids. We asked about this at check out and was told there’s no adults only pool. Room was clean. Hotel restaurant was very nice and food was good. We were told to make a reservation, then arrived to find only a few other people there. No need for the reservation. It’s a nice hotel, very close to the airport. We would stay there...

“Bedding comforter and sheets had holes in them. Only had two bath towels to get us through two days, did not have any maid service the two days we were there. Room had a very distinct smell in the room, almost a moldy smell.”

“Nice hotel close enough to Universal. The included breakfast was bagels, yoghurt and coffee. Other meny options and drinks were available for purchase. Ma’s Italian Kitchen on the other side of the street was excellent for dinner when coming back from Universal. But it was pretty busy so reserving a table is a good idea. ”

“Rummen behöver en renovering men det var okej att sova i. Frukosten var bra, bagels, våfflor och flingor. Sött som det är i Usa men smakade bra. Dock inte fått tillbaka min deposition än två dagar senare. ”
