“Was not able to find parking to bring things in. 2 of the rooms were together. So you couldn’t get in one room without going through the other. And the code to enter the room from the outside was not working. Other than that the house was pretty clean. ”

“Filthy and had roaches! The front seat young guy chain smokes cigarettes in front during his entire shift and cigarettes cover your entrance into the facility. They have cockroaches and there is zero parking other than a public lot 10 min walking distance away! The sheets were dirty, shower caving in and overall disgusting ”

“The property is well-equipped with just the essentials. The location is not the best if you are an outsider (especially at nights). And be prepared for two sets of staircases if you arrive with large or lots of luggage pieces.”

“The house is very nice but upstairs apartment made lots of noise. Couldn’t find remotes for either TV in bedrooms. Not a really big issue as we basically just slept and showered there. Very steep stairs so beware of that. Front gate is very wobbly so don’t lean on it.”

“This was a good location on our trip to NYC. We didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood but we felt safe. Check-in was easy. There was not a lot of sitting room for our group of 4, but that’s my fault for not realizing there wasn’t a living room. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, but we didn’t need much during our stay.
