“Lorenzo was very helpful, checked us in early and helped with the bag. Perfectly located apartment ideal for a small family spending few days in Florence. The host gave us good recommendations in the area as well that was very helpful. We used small kitchen and sitting area for breakfast and coffee:tea was all provided.”

The three main bedrooms were large and comfortable and the 4th would be suitable for a single person or child. This was an excellent choice for 3 couples on their first trip to Florence.”

“There were no views of vineyards. It was across from the market. This is 5th floor apartment. It was not clean and you share a bathroom with the host who has all of his stuff there. A constant smell of cigarettes. We left a light on multiple times because of how dark it was in the room. We came back to the light turned off which meant he was in our room. We will not book again. ”

“Beautiful renovated apartment. Original frescos on the wall combined the old with the new. Great location, many restaurants and sites within walking distance. Eva, the host, was very accommodating, responsive, and a delight to interact with. Highly recommend staying there when visiting Florence.”

“Karin, was extremely helpful as a host. If we had any questions she responded immediately. The house was very clean. If you are looking for a house with a great view of Florence just outside of the City Center this is perfect. The patio off the main floor is a great place to enjoy morning coffee. The only thing guests would want to be aware of is that the walk back to the Villa is up a pretty good hill on the street that leads to town. Cabs are very easy to access as an easy alternative.”
