“The Coach House is ideal for a large family group with generous sized rooms all through. We loved being so close to the forest and being able to walk straight out onto the path to Hatchet Pond. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed and Jane was an excellent host and very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay and highly recommended. ”

“This is a lovely house with all the facilities as described. The house is extremely clean, well equipped and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent allowing for a easy check in. We enjoyed sitting on the sea front which is a few minutes drive from the house, as was the village centre. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway. ”

“A great find. Although in the owners garden there was plenty of privacy and outside seating to enjoy. The owners were very helpful and happy to help if you have any questions. There are dogs but they are also very friendly and sometimes sleep near you when sitting outside. The property was very clean with plenty of space to relax. There's a Thai pub within walking distance which is very good and the property is in an excellent location to explore Hampshire with the south coast only about an hour...

“Excellent base to explore from, close to Alton Train Station with easy access to London. Two good pubs nearby. Scenic village with lots of walks. Accomodation clean, welcoming and comfortable. Welcome pack was a great touch. Only one bathroom and TV signal not great so take the time to enjoy the area and each others company. Best nights sleep in a long time, great kitchen facilities. Would highly recommend a stay here.”

Walkable from the rail station and walkable to the city center, where you will find the beautiful Salisbury Cathedral, which also houses the Magna Carta in its Cloisters. Short drive to Stonehenge and Old Serum. The property itself is clean and comfortably sleeps 8. Would highly recommend.”
