“Everything was good. The staff was really helpful and nice. One thing that we didn’t like was when we were sleeping. Mandy at 11am, someone that worked there, maybe the cleaners just opens our hotel door without knocking and just went right in until he saw us and closed the door. I think that they should at least knock before stumbling in too our room. The rooms were really nice tho and in average everything was great. A bit to far away from the centrum that’s a minus.”

“Booked a family room with 2 beds, but got only 1 double bed. No hot water on shower or sink tap. Almost no water pressure in shower. Toilet was not functioning, was advised could instead use a staff toilet next to reception - this toilet was filthy, super dirty. See photos.”
