Friendly but very worn down
"Worn down, food froze in the fridge, on lowest setting, rain poured in on the sides of the windows, event visitors crowded the lobby and lots of noice from the airport (and that was expected). But the personnel were nice and helpful, the cleaning lady was fantastic and the bed was good."

"We had a very nice premium Villa, located on the 2nd floor. It was more like a condo, but for us it was perfect with a balcony overlooking the pool area, a kitchenette, living room, fire place, bathroom with jacuzzi, a comfy bed. "Very nice stay at the Haas Building. The loft-style apartment was very spacious and clean with a very nice city view. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I can really recommend this place and would definately stay here again."
