On the main floor you will find two bedrooms, an office, a living area, a wine room, large formal dining area, kitchen area, patio with gas BBQ grill and laundry room.
Bedroom 1
This room is an additional master and features views of the lake and pool, a king-size bed, dresser, TV, and an attached bathroom with soaker tub, stand up shower, and double vanity sink.
Bedroom 2
This room features a king-sized bed, large closet, TV, and an attached bathroom with single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

The bunk room features two queen over queen bunk beds, and a twin day bed, perfect for all the kiddos!

The bottom floor features a bar, pool table, theater area, half bath, and two bedrooms.

The fifth bedroom features a king size bed, dresser, TV, and an attached bathroom with single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

The theater area features a large flat screen, two queen sleeper sofas, and other seating options as well.

This home is located in the highly sought-after Porto Cima subdivision in Sunrise Beach, right across the bridge from Lake Ozark. This is a quiet subdivision surrounded by other luxury-style homes. This home is centrally located on the 14-mile marker, close to all the lakes’ best lakefront bars and restaurants. Also located near TONS of amazing golf courses.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

POOL RULES
● Use the pool at your own risk. No children should be left unattended in the pool area.
● Do not enter the pool in the same clothes that were worn in the lake. This throws off the balance of the pool. If extra chemicals or cleanings are needed for excessive dirtiness, the cost is the guest's responsibility.
