âThe Kotch House is Best Place I Have Stayed at in Montego Bay...It is Culturally Diverse and the Energy is Always Upbeat...Vanessa is the Best and theâ
âVi var pĂ„ besök i Gyaltego Bay i tre dagar. Vi Ă€r nöjda med lĂ€get av hotellet, nĂ€ra stan och flygplatsen, samt vacker utsikt.
Personalen var hjÀlpsam och trevlig.

âTrevligt och familjĂ€rt hotell med mysig altan med utsikt över havet.Det finns en bar/matsal dĂ€r frukost serveras, men ingen restaurang. Hotellet ligger dock i utkanten av "The Strip" sĂ„ det finns gott om restauranger i nĂ€rheten. Personalen Ă€r vĂ€nlig och hjĂ€lpsam. Om man Ă€r lĂ€ttstörd bör man dock undvika rummen nĂ€rmast gatan. âThe property was clean polite staff good food options and could use all 3 resorts. Imani was very sweet at the front desk and Donna over at Breathless on the roof top restaurant was amazing. Made our anniversary very special â

âWe had a very large and comfortable apartment. The balcony had a lovely view of the ocean. Staff was EXTREMELY helpfulâwe had run out of cash, ATMs never have cash but she helped arrange taxis for us late in the night. â
âIt was a beautiful property. Easy check in process. Accidently locked myself out of the room and was able to get to someone immediately for help. Walkable night life and great resturants nearby. â

"A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude.
The food were more or less the same everyday. "
