Or 9 miles of trails will lead you to Eldorado Canyon State Park. While also walkable to local bars, restaurants, shops and only 10 minutes to CU Boulder, Chautauqua Park, and Pearl St Mall.

You can also reach popular Denver attractions such as Coors Field, Pepsi Center, Downtown and more within 30 minutes.

The Hikers Nest is a 3 Bedroom - 2.5 Bathroom, 3-story cottage style home.

On the first floor you will find a dedicated office for those working while traveling. As well as an entry table with built in dog crates for those traveling with their fur babies. There is also plenty of room to get ready for your next adventure in the attached garage. You can either exit to the garage, or the front yard with a covered patio, a small fenced yard, and a large grass park to play in!

The second floor is your main living area, dining space and a kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Stream all of your favorite accounts on the FireTV, or relax on the covered deck while you overlook the park and the open space at the end of the street.

Upstairs (3rd floor) will be the 3 bedrooms. A primary bedroom with a king size bed, 55" TV and a private bathroom. Then 2 guest bedrooms in the back of the home, each with a queen size bed and a shared bathroom. Also, a washer and dryer on this floor because no one wants to go home and do laundry.

-Baby gates, and a pack and play are available in the garage for families as needed.

- Dogs are welcome with a nominal daily fee. Two crates are provided as well as dog beds and bowls. Owner remains responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Dogs shall not be allowed to bark outside continuously. All pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of in neighborhood dog waste bins.
