“Lower Mill was just lovely. A picturesque garden with a stream, proximity to the local pub, not too far from an amazing beach, we had a lovely time. “We had a great short stay here with family to celebrate a 60th birthday. Everything in the house was top quality from the finish to the underfloor heating and kitchen appliances. The house is really spacious and the views are wonderful. You can walk to the beach or up the hills behind and the local pub does great food. The track to the house was a little tricky after a lot of rain and if you plan to walk to the pub in the evening it’s worth bringing a torch as there’s not much street...

“The Hollie House is a unque apartment rental above the owners ground floor home. It is spacious, and comfortable, but not as new or newly remodeled as many Vbro offerings, and is a bit difficult to find. The owners are very friendly and will accommodate needs for you when asked, but don't expect much in the way of extras. The charm is the quaint village setting and beach.”

“Lovely comfy spacious lounge/dinning room with plenty of comfy seating for large family. Bedrooms spacious with comfy beds. Modern well equipped kitchen. Large outdoor enclosed back garden with decked area, lawns and mature trees and shrubs. Would have been perfect except for the bathroom space: one bathroom converted to disability shower and a strange shower in a cupboard by the front door; a leaking radiator; rotting decking; and a washing machine that you couldn’t use the dispenser as it was...

“The communication at check-in was excellent. The house is on a secluded space set back from the road. It is quite small but fine for a single traveller or couple. The bedroom is a very good size with a decent shower room en-suite. It is warm and the kitchen is well equipped in the main. I notice a number of people have said the bed was comfortable but I would say if you have neck or back issues it may not be ideal.
