“Our stay at The Quarters was wonderful. The apartment is located in walking distance to VA Waterfront and surrounding grocery market SAR. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Noisy, parking is not easy to find. I parked where it was recommended. I was called early in the morning after i had checked in to come and pay for parking. Mind you i was so tired and having my rest. The rooms next to mine were so noisy. I checked out prematurely and was told I can’t receive a refund.
