Riverstone 5 Bedroom private and cozy House

This cosy one-storey house is a perfect place for a large family or business group. It contains 5 Queen beds so you can enjoy a night through. An oversized and flat yard and complete privacy also have to be highlighted.

This recently renovated house provides new timber floors, stylish painting and modern bathrooms.

It also features:
- Spacious living areas with air conditioning
- 5 well size bedrooms with built-in wardrobes
- Fresh linen and towels provided with shampoo and shower gel
- Free Wi-Fi
- Free street and on-site parking
Guest access
The bedroom with 4 single beds is locked and not included in the rental package. Please contact the host if you would like to get access.

Garage is unavailable but you can park your car in the yard. The street parking is also 24/7 free.

Please treat the place as your home during the stay.
You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast,the fridge to cool your drinks,and use the washing machine if you’ve run out of clean clothes to wear.

Party and event are not allowed,please make sure the music kept at reasonable level,and no noise after 10pm.
Please take care of your dirty dishes.
Please ensure all the lights,heater,fan,and AC are switched off.
Our team will help you with requests from 9am to 5pm,or 24 hrs in an emergency.Feel free to contact us when needed,and we’ll do our best to help your great trip.

★ Rubbish Collection Day ★
You will have to take the bins out to the kerbside on Wednesday for collection. If in doubt, contact us or copy the neighbours. After it is collected, you can wheel it back in.

★ Food Safety ★
For food safety, we are not providing salt, pepper, sugar, tea or coffee. They can be easily bought from the Woolworths and Aldi nearby, or you may bring your own.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

Horrible care to the property

The sofa was dirty the kitchen was so dirty it felt unusable. I tried communicating with the owner and sending pictures of the property but DeviBed poor costiomer service.
