“Upon check in the man at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending towards the customers in line in front of me. In my time standing there I saw interactions with 2 other guests, a phone call as well as a meal delivery service. The only person treated like they weren't an idiot was the man delivering the staff members taco bell. It was uncomfortable to say the least. My room was clean but the bathroom was not. “L We liked the location!!! 2. Suite was a larger room but minimally furnished, no sense of separate space , no lamp in sitting area.”

“Dead bug on the rug, no meat or protein offered, air conditioner fan motor loud and noisy, not functioning well. We had two rooms and four guests, 3 got cold showers, I, being the 4th did not even take a shower, due to hot water issues.”

“The room was clean but out dated. No ventilation in the bathroom. The staff were nice. Housekeeping never once came to clean our rooms. Not sure if we’re suppose to request for it or not. I didn’t appreciate housekeeping stealing all my drinks and snacks out of my room. This violated my trust with this hotel and I will not be renting/recommending this hotel to any of my families.”

“Good for the money spent for 2 nights. Breakfast ok, did miss yoghurt though. A bit disappointing that the hotell asked, verbally and in writing, for a 5 star review and to show this to the reception to get a snack as a reward. This means probably that most of the10/10 reviews are “bought” by the hotel.. ”

“Our rooms all had issues including a leaking toilet that was not taken care of the bathroom was dirty. TV didn't work in 1 room and none of the phone in the 3 rooms worked.”

“The king bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The whole place needs to be updated. There was some cracking on the walls in the room with good old fashion popcorn ceilings. They also need to change the breakfast. It is the same thing every single day. They do charge $10 for parking, for what reason I don’t understand. They have a giant parking lot on the side. Could have been worse but definitely needs to be a bit better.”
