“When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 ”

“High Point Guesthouse was a lovely place to stay! It was as pictured in the app. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen/grill were well equipped for cooking. Each room had its own thermostat which we loved. The deck is very nice with a great view and we also enjoyed the fire pit on the lower deck. ”

The parking is challenging, but the instructions for parking are clear, and the proprietors seem to understand the complexity-even providing aerial views to identify the parking places. “Beautiful Property! The Area as well was very nice! 10/10 I do wish there was waters at least provided but other then that perfect stay! Very affordable! Good for 2-4 people to stay ! And definitely recommend it!”

“The site didn't say that bathrooms are shared. This is a hostel not a hotel. Rooms didn't have lamps, air conditioning, room coffee, or disposable cups to go. False advertising. This is a hostel.”
