“What an amazing place, and Stefania was a super friendly, helpful host! We spent 2 weeks in early October with both of us working remotely, and this spacious, extremely well thought-out apartment with a beautiful terrace was perfect. Wifi was fast and reliable, kitchen (including a rooftop kitchen!) was very well-appointed, with an oven that we used several times. Location couldn't be better, in a quiet, friendly little neighborhood just a 100m walk from Piazza Archimedes and no more than 10...

We did have trouble getting in and couldn't contact the owners but after some time managed to get in (the issue was an internet issue making it difficult for us to log on to get the code for keys). It was clean and tidy. ”

“My group consisted of myself and my two adult daughters. We loved staying in this house. The location is perfect, very central to everything in Ortigia. The beds were comfortable and the AC was top notch. The only thing that this rental is lacking is a general area to be together, unless you want to sit at the kitchen table. But it’s still 5 stars for us!”

“Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Ferdinando. Très bon accueil de Ferdinando, et nous avons pu également bien communiquer par téléphone. Ce qui est très appréciable c'est de pouvoir garer sa voiture à l'intérieur de la structure, la barrière est fermée. le logement est très bien situé, il y a des commerces à proximité (supermarché 5 minutes à pied). Pour le centre de Syracuse, nous y sommes allés aussi à pied 35 minutes de marche (après tout nous sommes en vacances!!!)....
