“Not super impressed with the hotel itself. Location obviously super nice but hotel very run down, built in a 70’s style and never upgraded. Lot of damage from plenty of fungus and mold on walls and in bedrooms. 24 hours without wifi and only cold water. Maybe self inflicted as there apparently is a water heater per room but I have never experienced an in-room water heater so did not have the experience to look for it. I do not think I will come here again”

“The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights.”

“The exterior of the property looked similar to the photos posted online. Unfortunately, the interior was a very different experience. The elevator and the room had a strong unpleasant odor, making the environment uncomfortable. After inspecting the room, we immediately informed the front desk that the room was unsatisfactory and decided not to stay. “WARNING: SMELLY, DIRTY AND DISGUSTING ROOMS! SCAMMERS! The listing does not tell you that your check-in desk is actually a car inside a parking lot on the third floor! I know it’s hard to believe, but that’s the truth! Very difficult to find as well. Also, after the so-called check in, you need to walk through the parking lot go to the seventh floor, then walk through an open area to a different building. Each of those steps, you have to wait very long for the very dirty elevators also...
