Summary:
Welcome to Casa Amani #1, our newly renovated two-story apartment just steps from Tamarindo Beach. Perfect for up to 6 guests, this charming retreat includes complimentary access to the Langosta Beach Club with an infinity pool, full gym, lockers, showers, beach access, dining, and fun for all ages.

The Space:
As you enter the spacious villa, you’ll find a large, comfortable sofa paired with a matching loveseat, perfect for relaxation. The basic kitchen is equipped for preparing family meals, complemented by a dining table that seats six.

The villa features a wrap-around deck, complete with a six-seater outdoor dining table, perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the surrounding views.

The primary bedroom, located on the lower level, features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms also have queen beds and share a conveniently located bathroom.

Linens and bedding, towels, soaps, and air conditioning are provided, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Amazing Home walking Distance from beach

The property is very nice and somewhat secluded from the hustle of Tamarindo. But not too far, walking distance to the night market, bars and beach. If I can give one tip. Leave the lock box outside on the gate since it is used for other properties as well. Enjoy your stay here!!

Worst rental stayed at out of 20+ stays

This was truly one of the most disappointing stays of my life. The house was fine, the property management company is doing a terrible job with it. First, no hot water the entire trip. All cold showers. They made an attempt to fix with no luck. First 24 hours had non working internet. Not great in a foreign country and work remotely. Was fixed after that. Not pots and pans for cooking in the full size kitchen. We eventually got some, but it didn't matter because the stove doesn't work 😂 Water filter on the fridge doesn't work. States there is a washer and dryer. Well there is one on site, but it's not hooked up & doesn't work. No mirrors in the bathroom. Small thing, but just weird. Only one set of keys so the first 36 hours we had to coordinate with each other when we would be at/away from the house so the other could get in. They eventually made us more keys. It was just very, very clear this house was not ready to be rented and the property management company put no effort into ensuring it was ready for actual guests. It was so bad it nearly ruined our entire trip.
