Perfect Place for Spring Getaway
Cute and comfortable decor. The two king size beds and layout provides plenty of space. Hanging out on the screened in porch was the best. Saw earlier review about cleanliness which caused concern before booking. Didn't hear back from the host when asked about it, but took the chance booking anyway. No issue, very clean. Fresh flowers were a nice touch.

"The Moose " Prime Time
What a fantastic little house. Myself and my best friend traveled from Alberta Canada to watch a Buccaneers game, we stayed at the "The Moose" for a totally of 5 nights. The location of the property was perfect it was no more than a 10 minute drive to any of the places we went to. We caught numerous Ubers and the most we paid was 17 dollars. So again fantastic location. The house was perfect for the 2 of us, lots of room, we weren't tripping over each other as we probably would of been in a hotel room. So I would definitely recommend the "The Moose" to any of my friends. Great Property Teal Door.

Dirty and disappointing
The property while it looks nice online is a bit deceiving. The amount of dirt baked into the floors was gross. Even after swiffering twice your feet would instantly turn black after the shower when walking around because of how much dirt there was. Hair all over the place, mildew and mold build up. Furniture was dirty and kitchen table is very uncomfortable if you plan on working from home (there is no separate work space as advertised). The backyard had a big underground wire that was exposed coming up through the dirt and trash all over. Tough place to feel comfortable in, just felt pretty tired. The positives - beds and couch were comfortable and decent location. Host was responsive about fixing the key lock which wasn’t working so appreciated that.

Would rent again...
The house was nice. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Most neighbors were friendly. If you want to cook, bring measuring cups & spoons...maybe a full size cutting board.

Nice updates.
This was a pleasant property with nice updates. The furniture is not very comfortable. It does take an inordinate amount of time to let the hot water run before it's hot. Appliances are new and state of the art. Bedding was comfortable but would have preferred normal blankets instead of a super sized jumbo comforter. Management seems responsive and concientious and eager to please. Would be nice to have TV in the bedroom(s).

Nice house in a developing neighborhood...
House located in a developing neighborhood, not far from convenience markets. Issues of note to us: No flexibility on checking-in slightly early or checking-out slightly late. 4pm check-in time is understandable, but vacating by 10am, especially after a holiday weekend is early. Cleanliness: Subpar. This place had hair, hair, & more hair. Hair in the showers, sinks, linen, furniture, closets, on the towels...not sure if it was from previous guests, or the housekeeper(s), but we used 1/2 lint brush picking up unwanted hairs from furniture, flooring, & linen. Linens & other decorative items (chairs, chests, scales, patio furniture) showed wear. Per the guidance, we removed the bed linens upon checkout, and once we did....yuck. The mattress or at least the mattress cover, needs to be replaced - yellow and beige stains throughout the mattress and pillows. Minimal toiletries...generic Equate liquid soaps were in some sink areas, no facial tissue (Kleenex) in bathrooms/bedrooms, Microwave buttons were sticky and unclean. No extra paper towels, just the 1/2 roll we had upon check-in. Slim amount of laundry detergent, but after the excessive amount of hairs we saw throughout the house, we decided not to utilize the washing machine/dryer. Moderate house with charm and modern upgrades, hopefully it will be cleaner for the next guests.
