“The hotel does NOT have 2 restaurants and a bar/lounge. After 17.00 when the Cenote park closes there is no food or drinks available anywhere near, and the cafe next to the hotel opens at 10.00 so breakfast was not an option. The park was a 3 hour event so would recommend others to go by car/taxi/collectivo and stay at a hotel somewhere else. ”

“the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”

“Very nice place, really calm and beautiful place.”

“Disappointing Experience – Left 3 Days Early We had to leave this hotel 3 days in advance due to several issues that made our stay uncomfortable and unsettling. The most serious problem was that one of the staff members made inappropriate sexual comments to the female member of our group. This made her feel unsafe and afraid to go around the property alone or even enjoy the sunbathing areas. This experience was extremely disturbing and a major factor in our decision to leave...

If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation.”

“Lugnt och avslappnat - magisk plats - utsökt mat - trevlig personal - genomgående högsta betyg”

“Exactly as pictured/described. We LOVED enjoying the personal plunge pool after a day of adventuring to cool down and listen to the ocean. It is on the top floor with construction next door, as was included in the description but it did not interfere with our enjoyment at all. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with questions and freely provided suggestions for activities. The AC was great at night while we opened the doors for the warm breeze if in the room during the day....

“If you are looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful, well-appointed, beautifully designed apartment surrounded by nature, this one is for you. The apartment is spacious. The ocean views are spectacular and the location is excellent -- ten-twenty minutes from everything -- Centro, Hotel Row, several cenotes. Please note, this area of the Tulum beach is on the quieter side. But for us, it was exactly what we were looking for. There are several restaurants at other properties located within...
