Like some other reviews I've seen, I found the breakfast to be a bit underwhelming. Also found the beds to be pretty bad, easily the worst during our trip. Too short, and aggravated my back issues. The fan in the bathroom was also too noisy at all times of the day. Shame, because the hotel overall is really nice. Just some of those details that brought it down from a top rating.
