“We loved staying here! Spacious, comfortable bed, great bathroom and really good location to everything we wanted to see and do! The staff were lovely and helpful . “Great hotel! The manager at reception was really helpful. New or newly renovated rooms, very fresh and spacious. Nice bathroom! Good location at a quiet part of town, a couple of fast food places and a petrol station across the street, otherwise a 5 minute drive to the center of town with lots of restaurants. Will definitely stay here again if we come back! ”

“When we arrived, they told us that we were upgraded to a better room then we paid for. This was not the case, we got a room we paid for and noting else. We paid for a suite in adjacent building and thats what we got. But the pictures lied a LOT. The room wasn't that nice as the pictures are shown. The room was filthy and had a bad odour. There was a lot of small mosqitous in the bathroom ceiling, we found blood stains on the bed sheets. It didnt feel clean at all. Don't mind paying for...

“Lovely hotel by the lake, it’s location is out side Rotorua for those who like walking it’s walkable to Rotorua, it’s close to the airport but hardly saw or heard any planes. It’s close to the red woods forest and Te Puia. The hotel has a swimming pool and hot pool with a spa attached. A lovely place to stay ”
