"Helt ok hotell, nära lutande tornet. Trevlig och hjälpsamma personal. Rummen behöver rustas upp. Själv skulle jag kvalificera hotellet som 3-stjärnigt pga rummet. "

"At first I was a bit sceptical to this hotel since I’ve read many bad reviews before going there. But my hotel experience was amazing, I loved this hotel! The room was very big, it also had a livingroom beside the bedroom. The bathroom was also very big, it had both a shower and a bathtub. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great, there were a lot to choose from and it was really nice especially the coffee. The staff was very helpfull and friendly especially the one who worked at the breakfast. I Will defiently come back to this hotel if I ever visit Pisa again! "
