“The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real....

“Great little place to lay your head. Bed was comfy, pillows were great. Mini fridge in room. If you dont mind sharing a kitchen it was a wonderful stay. Minutes away by uber to downtown. Restaurants nearby were great amd a grocery store 3 blocks down the road. ”

“Great location in walking distance to a lot of popular tourist areas- we would walk to the monorail station at the Space Needle with our kids and take it to Pike Market. Great weekend stay before our cruise, laundry (stackable) was a plus and convenience store across the street for waters and such. Restaurants all around, as well. Loved it. ”

“We enjoyed thoroughly our stay in Carmen’s garden apartment, it so private, quiet, and comfortable with the pleasure of viewing nothing but green through its French doors. It’s also in a lovely neighborhood very close to beautiful Washington Park with its arboretum and Japanese garden. A very special stay. ”

“The condo was very nice. Had everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. Was noisy during the day but expected to be since it is in the middle of downtown. I really liked how secure the courtyard felt. It was very pretty. The parking was fine. The only thing is upon check in having to park out front not knowing if you would get towed while doing so. ”
