A mosquito plug was provided. The bathroom was great, really clean and toilet paper was provided. The manager Shya (sorry if it is spelt wrong) was lovely, really helpful and made sure we were comfy. “A comfortable stay with really good food! The 2 bedroom suites are great when you’re traveling with family, as there is a large living area to get together.
The only problem we encountered was with extremely loud music coming from an adjoining property. I guess there was very little our hotel could do about that!”

"Ok hotel although we were irritated because the manager promised to book a boat for us We specifically said we wanted a small boat to go to the backwaters and not to the lake. He said ok.
The boat that came to pick us up was very big! When asking about that he said it would be safer than a smaller one and when we asked if it really would go to the backwaters he said no- only to the lake, since there are no backwaters! We refused to take the boat and arranged for one ourselves in another place, but we had wasted almost an hour waiting for the promised boat.
