“The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still.”

“The "street side" of the property was very loud with street noise (cars, motorcycles, etc..). My wife had a hard time sleeping until about 2:30 am. The staff were very nice and the beds were great!”

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“Stayed to go to concert at Gesa Pavilion. Was a nice little walk, close to lots of things. We enjoyed. Our room was a little loud because we were next to the stairs but wasn’t too bad.”

“The room was great. Front desk was super friendly, but there was a 10-minute wait to check in. There was no TV remote in the room. One was brought up, but the guy didn't get the full story because he asked for the one that didn't work. In the restaurant (not the coffee bar), at breakfast, both espresso drinks were served in paper travel cups. Now, that's tacky. When I asked the server about it, she replied that that's all they have. Huh? I was promised at $10 credit for food or drinks,...

“The rooms are standard, but nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is better than your usual fare - pretty impressive. And the workout room is also better than expected. Nice place to stay in Spokane.”
