“Excellent service! Outstanding breakfast buffet included for all that are in the room. Pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna are great for relaxing! Three minute drive to Gonzaga and right on the river. I'll be back again for sure!”

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“Check-in was an absolute nightmare! We arrived at 5:00 PM and waited in line for 20 minutes, (there only one person working at the front desk). When we finally got helped, we were told our room wasn’t ready—no estimated time, just “we’ll call you.” It took another hour and 15 minutes before we received that call. We then waited in line again for another 20 minutes to get our keys. Unfortunately, the keys didn’t work for the elevator. A man already inside assumed we didn’t know how to use it...

“Room was clean. Bed mattress was on an oversized metal frame that was not secured so the mattress slid. No grab bars or shelf in the shower. Shower floor was very slippery.”

“Convenient location in the middle of Spokane. Very comfortable bed. Continental breakfast was delicious: croissant, fresh fruit, yogurt. ”

“The room is very noisy, the bed is not comfortable. The food was good. There is not enough parking for everyone and I am handicap, so it was an issue. I have stayed at better Marriott hotels and will not return to this one. ”

“Friendly and super helpful front desk staff. Good breakfast, nice pool/hot tub area open late (especially great after a 7 hour drive from west oregon!) Spokane is charming and front desk folks helped us make sure we experienced the best parts in a short stay.”

“Bad location surrounded by iron fence due to the high number of homeless everywhere. Charged me for my documented service animal as front desk had no understanding of the law. My service dog is for a true medical need yet I forced to sign for it & pay. we did not feel safe outside the hotel to even walk around, should of drove 5 more minutes east for a nicer area. This hotel is just not in a good safe location”
