“Väldigt besvikna på hotellets standard, bor man på Ritz har man höga forvantingar.
Dom drog $205 från vårt kreditkort och efter en månad har man fortfarande inte hjälpt oss efter otaliga samtal och mail. Otroligt dåligt av ett hotell som försöker vara exclusive. ”

“Older property most likely in process of remodeling but with only me as their customer I don’t see it happening fast. Price of room seem to reflect those of higher resorts but lacked the modernization. Very quiet and no real complaints price could have reflected resorts age. ”

“This motel has the gall to charge for parking, and there was so little available that we had to park far-away. Wouldn’t be a huge deal except that I am handicapped. Plus, the bathroom was the size of an out house!
The $25 for parking is not the issue, it’s the principle, especially given the lack thereof!”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. We were very disappointed to find out upon check-in that there was construction going on and the pool out of commission. They were courteous by putting us as far away from construction and we didn't hear anything while in room. They did inform us of pool privileges at 2 local hotels but the one was convenient and when I went to use the one by Marriott Courtyard I'd get locked in because I didn't have a...

“Our stay here was very pleasant. We did not want to leave. Our room and the large living room were very comfortable. There is no control of the AC but it was definitely cool. The pool was great to use on those hot days. They have paid attention to all the little details. This home is set in a quiet reseidential neighborhood. Walking distance to the lake. Perfect little get away.
We will be coming back!”
