Talked to two staff and a Manager about this and Manger said she would get back to me shortly. It's been over 3 weeks now with no response to call and email follow ups. Make sure you document everything as the staff can't get their act together over there.”

“We recently completed a three-day, two-night stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Downers Grove Chicago and were disappointed with the overall experience. The pool was closed for major repairs and is expected to remain unavailable until at least August, possibly longer. Based on the exposed rebar and new concrete forms being installed, this appeared to be closer to a complete pool replacement than a minor repair. “Nice and well maintained hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and convenient. Pool and fitness center was good. Breakfast was fine. The hotel is good both for a stopover or for those who stay to explore more of Chicago. Not so far from the hotel is Elmhurst City Center with a variety of shops and restaurants. If I’ll to return to the area I would not hesitate to stay at the hotel once more. ”
