“This stay was a total surprise as the hotel was a gem. Great location and rooms and everything worked. The best part of the stay were the staff who were so focused on first class customer service. From the time of check-in to check-out we could not have asked for more. The welcome and conversation were warm and genuine and when we mentioned we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary to receive a bottle of wine unexpectedly was just the best. Can't speak highly enough of this property. Well...

“The restaurant downstairs had very good food. The staff in the entire hotel was great! The location was perfect! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. I highly recommend staying here!!! We'll be back for sure!”

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“Rooms were clean and updated, beds were comfortable. Took awhile to get warm water running in the sink/shower. Also a personal preference would have been a tub/shower combo as we were travelling with a toddler. ”

“They overbooked so couldn’t give us the double queen room I booked. Ended up not getting a room.”

“The main restaurant had been closed for 4 months and yet they had not taken the property down from Open Table so we were allowed to make reservations. The robes and towels were old and frayed. There was no maid service. There was no on property pool. We pre purchased breakfast and found out it was just grab and go and many items there were not covered ( nothing at all healthy or that a diabetic could eat). Overall very disappointing stay.”

“This is a beautiful old home, convenient to downtown, the river, and major roads. The property is as described. We had everything we needed for a lovely stay.”
