“What I did not like about this property is the parking.If you have a reservation there and stay more than 3 days you are not supposed to be charged for parking that's not fair. And the sign that you have posted is crazy please fix this situation. And than I stay because we drove 6 hours now when check out time they apologized and said they was running a special on parking for memorial day thanks anyway won't be staying here”

“Bathroom flooded from trying to shower, hotel and room smelled like a mixture or urine and cigarettes. Did not feel comfortable laying in bed. Checking in is terrible if the staff are not available.”

“You are right on epic park. So easy to get into park. Staff is wonderful. The restaurant is very good. Great for large party. You have a pool and hottub that stays open late. It has a wonderful pool bar with snacks and nighttime movies. The gym has nice equipment that our college age guests used nightly. The rooms with view of park are worth the extra price to see the light show. We noted the games room but did not take advantage. We loved the Gelato selection at the cafe, a nice nighttime...
