“Spacious property with a nice view of the water. Beds were very comfortable (not too soft, not too firm). Very clean and quiet during our stay. Cottage 15A has its own hot tub outside but not with privacy as the communal hot tub is right next to it. I likely would have used it if there had been a privacy wall. But it was very clean and accessible. Staff were very prompt to respond and assist when our entry code didn’t work the second evening!”

“The room was great! It includes a continental breakfast, but when we arrived at the office to have it on both days we stayed, the serving area was dirty. The orange juice machine had an overflow tray that was full of orange juice that had been sitting in there for quite awhile. The apple juice was completely gone. All the coffee cups & supplies were almost all gone. The whole area needed attention but the gal working at the front desk was sitting there on the computer. As we asked for...

“We did a weekend get away to estes. We came on the off season so not too busy everywhere. Rates were also cheaper Family of 4 two little ones. We stayed at the motel side. It was cleaning spacious had a kitchenette so saved money not having to eat out. There was only one grill on site for the motel. You need to rent the cabin for the private hot tub and grill. Thats the only part I didn't see much information on when renting that only the cabins get those amenities. Overall great stay, close to...
