“Quick turnaround from being the premier inn and apart from the reception area, everything was the same and the need for freshening everything up is stronger than ever. Even had premier inn room cards still in use. For these reasons I felt it too pricey for what you get and would expect more. Not sure on their pricing too as I believe I paid about £15 more but did get a “free breakfast””

“The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO.”

“I guess you get what you pay for. Thankfully I paid very little for my room. First a couple of good things: wonderful staff, very comfortable bed, great location. HOWEVER the lift in this hotel has been out of order for a year or more. So you have to use a very steep stare. Seriously it's very steep! My floor was on the 5th floor which is actually 6 floors from street level and 7 floors from reception. There is at least One higher floor. Fortunately I didn't have any luggage. I spoke with...

“The communication on checking in was an absolute nightmare. It took us over 2 hrs to eventually speak to someone after calling, emailing and txting the no. Provided. Having my 2 small children with me and finally getting into our room at 10.30pm was very stressful.”
