“Sehr zentral und Top Lage wenn man in Midtown was sucht! Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Ich war mit meinem Ausblick nicht zufrieden und hab unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Durfte auch vor der offiziellen Check In Zeit in das Zimmer. Alles etwas alt aber mich hat es absolut nicht gestört. Das Bad etwas klein. Ansonsten alles super !”

“Property felt modern and clean. Staff was always helpful. Air conditioning was awesome and beds were very comfy. The noise from the street was fairly minimal. At certain hours the lobby and elevators get very crowded. The system utilizes a touch screen outside of the elevators to select the floor and direct you to the right elevator. Seems practical but when there is a large crowd or people spam the controls, it forces the elevators to stop on unnecessary floors. Overall a great experience and...

“Worst hotell I have ever stayed at. Sheraton is most of the time a great hotel to stay at. But not this one. The people working in the reception are not service minded, kinda rude actually. The people working with cleaning is super friendly and amazing, and also the people working in the breakfast restaurant. The location of the hotel is great, but nothing else. Room was not cleaned enough, the elevators is a disaster and so the breakfast, only chance to get to eat breakfast is by going when...
