“It was perfect, the pale coloured carpet was a bit of a pain we had to leave shoes and slippers down in the hall which was not convenient and also no clocks anywhere. Parking was easy and handy, and the situation of the property was lovely right by the river and a very short walk into Otley. Overall the property is great.”

“The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. The treats were a nice touch and so grateful for the peace and quiet as well as the free parking. Lots of nearby walks,...

“Booked Brook Hall for a stag weekend of 12 guys, which Edward was happy to accommodate. It was a fantastic base while we spent most of our time out and about in York (20 - 30 minutes away) and Leeds (30 - 40 minutes away). Thanks for the recommendation of Dougies taxis as well, this was really helpful and they were great with really friendly drivers. Lovely location and house, particularly the garden. Perhaps even better if there were more showers (only 2) but this did not detract from the...

“Everything about our stay, there was fantastic except the weather. It was in the 90s and of course there’s no air-conditioning but that’s not their fault hahah 10/10 would recommend. ”

“The house is very convenient for walking to the many attractions of York city centre. It was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom and a good shower. Communcation with the host was excellent. We would certainly recommend!”

“This is a whole house rental in a small estate. The house has parking outside could probably fit two cars. The area was incredibly quiet and it has a small enclosed garden. “Great place to stay near city centre ”

“Property was very clean and had all the facilities required for a pleasant stay. Booking of property was confusing due to both parties offering damage waivers - started the stay off on wrong foot as paid both. Although, the property itself helped dilute this additional payment.”

“Really lovely apartment just outside the city walls. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable and with everything you need for a great stay. Little extras including, sourdough bread, butter, preserves, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice, cereals, chocolate , wine and a treat from Betty's all made it feel really special and that you are very welcome. "Helt, nytt, rent och lugnt! Bra placerat innanför stadsmuren bära tåget som vi kom med. Det enda som saknades var väskställ på rummet så vi fick ha våra tre resväskor uppställda på det pyttelilla golvet i två dygn. På direkt fråga så meddelade receptionen att hotellet hade te har sådana väskställ. Eftersom hotellet enligt uppgift på hemsidan ska göra allt för gästerna att trivas så tror jag säkert sådana skaffas in till rummen nu 😊. "

"Fantastiskt hotell med centralt läge nära tågstationen och allt runt omkring. Otroligt bra service och bemötande av personal. Vi åt på deras fine-dining restaurang "Legacy" som var "top-notch". i klass med Michelin stjärna restaurang. Bra spa med pool, vanlig pool, steam-bastu och vanlig bastu. Jättegod frukost med möjlighet att kunna beställa in olika frukosträtter som Egg Benedict mm. Hotellet hade allt, det enda som jag kunde sakna var en frisörsalong i hotellet, eller en salong som de hade samarbete med för bokning av frisering. "
