From the excellent communication before arrival to the moment we arrived and beyond, Christopher (the proprietor) made sure we felt right at home. âLoved our stay , I struggle with eating out because I am free from dairy and gluten, but the staff were very kind and made sure I had a meal made which I could eat. Very polite young staff members too. 5 star â. â

âI recently stayed at a DoubleTree property in Bristol and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with the signature warm cookie welcome that always adds a nice touch.
The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay, always happy to help and very accommodating. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day.

âI loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent. The property and hotel were beautiful. Even though the hotel was fairly busy during our stay, I seldom heard other guests. Did I mention that the staff were excellent?â
âGood, clean rooms. Be very careful with the location though, as the gps coordinates from hotels.com are totally off and will send you to the middle of nowhere. The correct location is the official address, not the gps nor the google maps provided from hotels.com.â

âA lovely, comfortable and well appointed property with comfortable bedrooms and cosy public areas. The owners gave us clear, easy to understand directions to book inland how to gain access to the property. A great place to stay in Chepstow.â
âNice hotel close to train station Bristol Parkway. The location is a little bit off compared to the city centre but there were bus stops within a few minutes walk from the hotel, and the bus will take you to the city centre in about 40 minutes. Good and clean rooms, nice breakfast with the choises you would expect and I didn't experience that they ran out of anything during breakfast.
I don't know if I'll ever come back to Bristol but if I do, I would consider staying here again.â
